Hi , I Had Colour Doppler Done Day Before Yesterday

Hi , I had colour doppler done day before yesterday wherein it was found that the baby weighs only 1400 gms at 32 weeks, which is very less. Dr. has advised to improve the eating pattern & cut down on the stress level. Is the fetal weight too less ? I had undergone abnormality tests as well which were all normal, just fyi..
