Hi I Had Cough, As Per Doctor Advise, Investigation Carried

I had cough, as per doctor advise, investigation carried for serum IgE - result 1546 IU/ml. by seeing the result, doctor suggested Omnacortil-60mg for 5 days. I saw the difference and cough got reduced. It was confirmed by doctor that i have asthma and then suggested Budamet Inhaler 400 to use for 10 days. When I use Inhaler, I feel stomach ulcer and headache. I stopped using it after 2 days. after one and half month, now again I am facing with the same problem of Cough, throat cough.
shall I repeat Omnacortil again? what are the alternative treatments available without side effects like when use Omancortil.
