Hi I Had Dark Circles And Tanned Face Skin Also

Hi I had dark circles and tanned face skin also had acne on my upper back shoulders, I started applying kojic skin lightening cream in the morning and cosmelite cream in the night, and used wash with speelac face wash, this gave me good results on my face, tanned skin is glowing and dark circles are reduced comparitively but have developed acne all over my upper front and back shoulders, its very much bad, can anyone suggest me a solution for this please..
