Hi. I Had Diarrhea A For Two Days And How

Hi. I had diarrhea a for two days and how seem to have this bloated stomach and pain. But now also noticed discharge of brown mucus, and bloodish red when i wiped but not to much and feel some pressure around my anal area. I have taken over the counter meds but nothing seems to work. And my stomach is bloated and Grounding But I can't pass any gas. I called the hospital ER ask should come in they say to go Pharmacy and see what they recommend but I'm still in pain after trying Gas X.
