I had done the smear test and went for colposcopy and the result was that I've got some abnormal cells CN2 and I need to have loop biopsy on 3rd November. I'm still breastfeeding, they said I need to have a local anesthetic for lletz. Do I have to stop breastfeeding or shall I cancel my appointment for few months?
