Hi, I Had Gamma Knife Surgery (2/2014) For Essential Tremor

Hi, I had gamma knife surgery (2/2014) for essential tremor and 18 months later (9/2015) had a stroke (bleed near the thalamus}, My right side is affected. After 2 months I started to feel numbness in the tips of both thumbs and forefingers. It has progressed to my tongue, lips, and tongue but has been stable or about 2 months. I also noticed a heat sensitivity in both hands. The edema is slowly diminishing. What can I do and what are my prospects.
