Hi, I Had Glandular Fever Last December And I Still

Hi, I had glandular fever last December and I still get tired really easy, however on Thursday I felt tiny lumps on my inner bottom lip then the other day I noticed I have red dots on the roof of my mouth? One of my tonsils are bigger than the other as well and I have been coughing all day. I'm worried invade it's an std or cancer, help please
