Hi, I Had Gone For Ovulation Test N Then Doctor

Hi,
I had gone for ovulation test n then doctor told me to take duphaston for 15 days but by mistake I took duphaston for more 3 days n I have not got my periods yet my periods are delayed by 4 days but when I did urine test I
got it negative. Now I have stopped the intake of duphaston .plzz suggest me what will I do next..the doc says due to extra intake of duphaston I m not getting my periods but doc told me to wait for 4 days to wait and then go for urine test or may be get ua periods....plzz help me n suggest I m going in depression
