Hi! I Had Gone Under A Minor OT For Folliculitis

Hi! I had gone under a minor OT for folliculitis in my inner thigh, now I have a boil on my vagina which is paining a little. It's been there for the past 2 days and now its paining and the pain seems to be increasing. As of now i have applied mupiron ointment on it. Could be folliculitis? If so what should I do so the it doesn't increase as the is small in size?
