Hi. I Had Hand Surgery (joint Reconstruction For OA) With

Hi. I had hand surgery (joint reconstruction for OA) with pin placement last Friday and have a removable cast. I took it off because of intense itching due to contact dermatitis on my entire forearm. I'm highly atopic. There is an area of skin about the size of a quarter that is white much like a popped blister looks. It's also clear the area has been oozing extra cellular fluid of some type. The fluid isn't purulent and the entire incision is without odor. My surgeon isn't back in the office until Friday. What could cause the pale skin? I'm also immunocompromised secondary to rituximab therapy.
