Hi, I Had Head Injury From 5th Floor To The

Hi, I had head injury from 5th floor to the ground 6 years ago but since i am having head very often I went to emergency room all the time, I had MRI, scanner, X-ray they don't find anything . But now I have anxiety problem that is mean, I can' t sleep I scared to death . I have palpitation, i can't my hands, my mouch , my tongue I talked a lot I couldn't stop . I feel like nobody understood me. Now I go to the bathroom to pee, number very often ? what will be happen to me?
