Hi I Had Head Trauma 4 Years Ago And Everything

Hi I had head trauma 4 years ago and everything was fine until now I have a crushed sinus which my ent deals with .... I recently got a few bumps on my head close to the beginning of my hair line.... They come and go the dermatologist gave me tar shampoo to wash with and they still come back... They are very bothersome what should I do I took antibiotics for a 4-5 months and stopped taking them because I started getting the bumps on my head a month or so ago....
