Hi I Had Hemorrohidectomy 2 Month Ago And Still Have

I had hemorrohidectomy 2 month ago and still have a lot of pain specially after BM. In observing the area there was a huge inflamed granulation tissue so that I had to use 5 courses of 2 different types of antibiotics.now the granulation tissue has shrinked and there is a small inflamed scar and in the center of that an orifice that I think is the reason of all pain and bleeding.
What is your suggestion?
