Hi I Had High Blood Pressure Recently Diagnosed With Some

Hi I had high blood pressure recently diagnosed with some high cholesterol . During work up I had CT heart for Ca scoring shows score of zero but incedentally shows mild enlargement of the pulmonary artery .I had echo done few months ago showed every thing is normal including pulmonary artery pressure . I wondering what is the cause of that especially iam asymptomatic
