Hi, I Had Hives On My Knees And Elbows Earlier

Hi, I had hives on my knees and elbows earlier today. they were red and itchy and swollen. now, 12 hours later, i have swollen hands and feet, less redness and itchiness. the bumps feel numb on my hand and feet. are these bumps and numbers just more hives or have they turned into something else?
