Hi I Had Hypertension Around 160/80. And I Have Aortic

Hi
I had hypertension around 160/80. And I have aortic coarctaion in my background. Also I'm suffering from obesity (108 kg, 175 height).
My doctor told me to take amlopres 5 and then my blood pressure increased up to 190. And then they added Lozartan 25. Should I continue Amlopres?
