Hi I Had Hysterectomy 2 Yrs Ago Total Uterus And

Hi I had hysterectomy 2 yrs ago total uterus and cervix but kept both ovaries.
about a month ago I started with yellow smelly thick discharge with some old blood spots. I thought it was a yeast infection so I went and got a kit and did the 3 day treatment. But today I had red blood spotting similar to menstrual blood. What can it be?
