Hi. I Had Intercourse On Last Monday. I Am Not

Hi.
I had intercourse on last Monday. I am not suffering from any major symptom of pregnancy but I am having fever frequently. On Saturday I had a little spotting. Yesterday, Monday I took 2 pills of the medicine used to bring periods. I had bleeding yesterday. It also had some clots but later evening it stopped again.
I was suffering from PCOD before.
