Hi! I Had Labrum Repair Surgery On My Left Shoulder

Hi! I had labrum repair surgery on my left shoulder two weeks ago today. Most labrum surgeries require wearing a sling for 4-6 weeks and then therapy. My surgeon only requires a sling at night and says his labrum repairs only require 6 weeks until recovery. However, he says to only move your arm in a 'tin man' position as to not put strain or put your shoulder into unwanted positions. Two days ago my shoulder was hit and it didn't stress my arm or anything but definitely jerked my shoulder quickly and it started to hurt. Since then it's been somewhat aching more than before and i can feel it doing certain movements where I couldn't before. I was wondering how likely or how much stress must be put on the shoulder in order to retear your labrum post-op? Thanks
