Hi, I Had Last Week Urinary Tract , I Urinated

Hi, I had last week urinary tract , I urinated blood clots. The doctor gave me antibiotics that helped me a lot. But the urine culture test came out today with no bacteria. I'm concerned & worried, I can't reach my doctor to tell me what is it. Can you help me until I talk to him. Thank you
