Hi I Had Marina Coil Put In 2 Years Ago

Hi I had marina coil put in 2 years ago and a few months later had a smear and bad cells had shown so I was sent to hospital to have these bad cells burnt off. When they did that they burnt the strings of the cool. I've had bad cramping and heavy periods and blood clotting after this. I got it out on Monday and my period was due soon after. The past two days I've been bleeding black blood and a few wee clots? Is this normal as I have had a child and never seen this before?
