Hi, I Had Medical Management Of Miscarriage 2.5 Weeks Ago

Hi, I had medical management of miscarriage 2.5 weeks ago (following IVF), but a scan today showed probable retained products of conception (1.5 x 2cm). I am still spotting small amounts of blood, but my cervix is closed. I am very keen to avoid surgical evacuation as I have problems with a thin endometrium, but am also keen to get this resolved asap and don't want to risk infection. Can you advise please?
