Hi, I Had My 2nd C - Section On September

Hi, I had my 2nd c - section on September 7, the lochia has not stopped. It somtyms becomes yellowish and somtyms bloody. Somtyms too, nothn comes at all. It's been like this since. On and off. There is no foul smell either and it's just spots. So I always use panty liners. I also fart a lot. Wat could be wrong?
