Hi. I Had My All Four Wisdom Tooth Removed Wednesday

Hi. I had my all four wisdom tooth removed Wednesday 4/13 I woke up today Saturday 4/16 with hard ball on my lower left cheeck close to the jaw but on my cheeck. It doesnt hurt but I do have bruises outside on my face. I'm also completely swollen and Im blooding a bit from my right side the lower one. Should I be worry and head to the ER?
