Hi I Had My Appendix Removed In 2006. Two Days

Hi I had my appendix removed in 2006. Two days ago I started getting lower abdomen pain , more so by my belly button and right side of my belly. Today my right side more twords my back started to hurt to... When I would laugh or cough. What could cause this?
