Hi, I Had My Blood Drawn And My ANA Came

Hi, I had my blood drawn and my ANA came back positive 3 times. Now my primary is taking my complaints seriously and sending me to a Rheumatologist. I have had severe back pain, leg pain, hands, fingers, almost all my joints for about 3 years now. I also have crohns so abdominal pain has become daily along with mouth sores. I am now taking norco for the pain by my pain MD. I can't sleep longer then 2 - 3 at a time and wake up with severe back pain. Will you please tell me what you think? Also
2001 Graves' disease had 2 rounds of oral radiation
2007 Crohns took 1 year to get diagnosed ended up in hospital, went home with PICC and TPN
2013 pain started no Doctor believed me
2013 pain MD believed me and started me on Norco gave him all my labs and medical documents form every hospital visit and labs, everything
Please help can't afford to pay. Sorry but exiting
