Hi, I Had My First Gyno Appt On The 7th

Hi, I had my first Gyno appt on the 7th of this month and I was very nervous and stressed out and had a cold. I got a birth control patch during the visit and was told to wear it after my period. My period is late so I'm not sure when to put the patch on now. Please help
