I had my first shot of nur-isterate about 10 days ago. I have since been put on an antibiotic called moxypen for an abcess. Will I still be covered by my contraceptive or should I be taking alternative precautions like condoms. Also if the antibiotic is affecting my contraceptive, how long after I finish the antibiotics will it be before my contraceptive is effective again?
