Hi I Had My First Smear Done A Couple Of

Hi I had my first smear done a couple of weeks ago. Age 23. And got a letter back saying I'm being refeered to the colposcopy clinic. Abnormal cells are known as dyskaryosis. I was also checked for clamidia and stuff a 7months ago and it was all clear. What does dyskaryosis mean and how did I get it?
