Hi, I Had My Firt Depo Shot Last July 2016

Hi, I had my firt depo shot last July 2016 and after that I did not bleed. I am supposed to get my 2nd shot in Oct 2016 but I decided not to get it because I feel so different since I had my first shot. My family doctor gave me that option to treat my migraine because of my period. But since then I started feeling differently. Then not until I did not get my second one after 2 weeks i had my period then 1 week after it stopped then after a week I have another period and it's been almost a week. no. I also started to feel very anxious and depressed. I cry so much with simple issues and in the morning I experience panic attacks. My heart beats fast and feeling of nervousness. I get easily tired and sleepy at night and I wake up in the middle of my sleep around 2-3 am then I can't go back to sleep. My hands and feet are starting to get cold and random thoughts are just coming. Then I start crying and feel so sad and depressed. My stomach is like as hard as plywood and I can;t even eat. Whenever I tried eating I feel nauseated. There are times during the day that I will just start to panic. I do have history of anxiety and depression about 5 years ago but this is not like what I am experiencing now. Is depo provera contraindicated to people who have anxiety and depression history? What is my chances of coping from this moods and anxiety that's kinda like eating me slowly? I am so agitated for the past few days now and I worry too much that thoughts are just jumping in my head.
