Hi I Had My Hemorrhoid Lanced At 4 This Afternoon.

Hi I had my hemorrhoid lanced at 4 this afternoon. I been using tucks pads. While I shower I was trying to wash up in that area but it seems like the hemorrhoid is still there but not much pain just throbbing pain here and there. Is that another hemorrhoid or is it not going to get any better?. Will it get smaller and go away after it heals? And what do I have to watch out for since it's the first day?
