Hi I Had My Inplant Taken Out 4 Months Ago

Hi I had my inplant taken out 4 months ago still no period. I am also try for a baby no luck so far . I did a pregnant test came back negative.did the test as I went to toilet amd has I wiped I noticed pinky blood on the tissue and I have been getting sharp pains in my vigina/ bum lasts for only 2 min not had is since please could u give me some answer thanks
