Hi I Had My Last Period 23/10/14 Which Lasted Five

Hi I had my last period 23/10/14 which lasted five days I started spotting on the 9th small amount of pink on tissue and having pregnancy like symptoms constant trips to the toilet etc I taken pregnancy test which one came back negative and one came back with s very faint line which could only be seen looking closely I have today came on my period 2 days early and it's been very heavy, I had a stillbirth 25/08/14. Could I be pregnant or is my body playing games?
