Hi I Had My Last Period On 7th December Which

Hi I had my last period on 7th December which ended on 11 th dec and after 17 DEC we had sex....for three days alternate days...
And I have slight cramp sensation in my lower belly.... Could I have being going through conception stage....if so should I take folic acid n iron tabs....pls help
