Hi. I Had My Menstrual Cycle For Over A Month.

Hi. I had my menstrual cycle for over a month. Went to ER found out I was anemic and started birth control to control my menstrual cycle. That was four days ago, but today I feel faint, lightheaded and neasous. Should I seek medical attention?? Or is it too early for the iron pill to kick in?
