Hi, I Had My Paragard IUD Removed On April 1,

Hi, I had my paragard IUD removed on April 1, 2016 during my period. I have since missed a period. I have taken 4 in home pregnancy tests, and also a blood pregnancy test and they all came out negative. I'm currently not on any birth control and my husband and I use the "pull out method." About 2-3 weeks ago I had a very slight brownish looking discharge. It only happened maybe 2 times that I noticed this discharge and it was only if I wiped I would see it. Nothing on my underwear or anything like that. I'm wondering if stress or having the IUD itself removed has maybe thrown my cycle out of wack?
