Hi, I Had My Period 2 Weeks Ago And It

Hi, I had my period 2 weeks ago and it came back last week, it was only 3 days but it was normal the first day and thinned out as the days went past. This hasn't happened before my period are usually 5 days and 4-5 weeks apart. What could be going on?
