Hi I Had My Son About 7 Months Ago This

Hi I had my son about 7 months ago this is my second baby I haven't had an actual period since. I got the depo once on my 6 week check up then after that I haven't gotten anything I've been bleeding normally for about a month or so but today I went pee and a clot came out then noticed another one on my pad should I go to the urgent care? No cramping I feel a little woozy and out of energy but that's it.
