Hi. I Had My Tonsils And Adenoid Removed Thursday Morning.

Hi. I had my tonsils and Adenoid removed Thursday morning. I am working with the pain meds very well, but today it seems my scab came off only the left side. This worries me for it is only the 4th day. I have spit up a little blood but it is not consistently bleeding. Should I be worried?
