Hi ; I had my total hysterectomy eight months back ; now my libido is so low its almost zero ; i was on progynova 1 mg past eight months nd thru a endocrinologist im on 1500 mg mecobalamin dhea 25 mg per day past two months but no result whom shud i approach further pls helo ; im 53 years old
