Hi. I Had My Wisdom Teeth Removed On Wednesday. I

Hi.
I had my wisdom teeth removed on Wednesday. I have had pain tonight that is significantly more painful than before. I also have a bad taste in my mouth, but it has been there most days. I don't smoke and I haven't sucked on any straws. It is very uncomfortable. The pain is throbbing directly at the site and in my cheek. Like a 'bubbling' throbbing. And it is radiating up my cheek and in the adjacent teeth. It is an odd pain. Throbbing but also a bit like a raw sore at the site. My glands have been up since day one. I don't have 24 hour dental access. Is this potentially the early stages of dry socket or not? Is it worth a trip to the ER before the excruciating pain? The hole on that side is yellowy white, with a darker tint to it in the middle. As if a white film. The pain has softened from my sleeping pill and more painkillers but I am concerned. Is it worth going to hospital tonight to prepare for it? Mh muscles feel weak and wobbly. I think this could be due to the anxiety though. Thanks
