Hi I Had My Wisdom Tooth Removed 5 Days Ago.

Hi I had my wisdom tooth removed 5 days ago. On the 2nd day I had a large about of swelling and pain so they decided to pack my socket in case of a dry socket. For the pass couple of days I've felt a hard lump very close to my jawline under where the tooth was. I'm concerned. It's hot and painful then I touch it. I've been staying on my antibiotic since the extraction. Is this normal or an actually osteomyelitis case?? Help please
