Hi I Had Pain In My Lower Back And Near

Hi I had pain in my lower back and near my tail bone. It hurts to sit for long periods of time. I have not fallen. I have not hit myself in that area. The pain has been going on for about a week now. I have been to the chiropractor several times. Just wonder what might be causing it.
