Hi. I Had Pilonidal Sinus Surgery 5 Months Back. But

Hi. I had pilonidal sinus surgery 5 months back. but now the situation is its getting open again and again, like half inch tear on the skin, it gets healed fully, but after fews days get minor tears, I am putting neosporin power on it. and takin antibiotic medicines too.. not getting results.. Do it put Betadine on it or Soframycin??
