Hi, I Had Platelet Rich Plasma Injections In My Heel

Hi, I had platelet rich plasma injections in my heel as a treatment for plantar fasciitis in June. It had great results, returning me to running as anticipated. However, I recently had some routine blood work done as part of an annual physical and was told that my platelet count is twice what it should be. Is there a connection? I've never had any issues before.
