Hi I Had Protected Sex 6 Weeks Ago (on Noriday

Hi I had protected sex 6 weeks ago (on noriday pill and using a condom) but then 2 weeks ago had sex without a condom and I had missed a pill 4 days before. Because I am on Noriday I don't have regular periods, my last period finished 8 weeks ago today.
I have been having light spotting today (not like a period) and needing to urinate frequently, this morning I also felt very sick. Is it likely I am pregnant and if so, which instance is more likely?
