Hi, I Had Protected Sex With A Sex Worker Around

Hi,
I had protected sex with a sex worker around 2 weeks ago. During intercourse the condom slipped around halfway and this was put back correctly. About a week ago I started having pain mainly in the lower abdomen and at times hips, lower and upper back and rarely in the scortum area. I do not have any pain or burning sensation when I urinate but sometimes there is a slight burn after I urinate. I do not have any discharge from my penis.

I visited my GP who examined me and ordered a urinalysis. The urinalysis was normal and did not include any high levels of white blood cells or bacterial infection or dysuria and UTI was ruled out. There was a slight amount of blood in the urine though but the GP did not think much of it. He has asked me to return if the pain does not subside within 3 to 4 days.

Would the above urinanlysis provide any signs of STIs?
