Hi I Had Recently Done A Temporary Filling To Deep

Hi I had recently done a temporary filling to deep cavity in the tooth and was under observation for it.
Now I get some pain in the upper jaw running to the lower jaw with severe pain in the night not allowing me to get sleep. I have to take a pain killer to get relief. Please advise if RCT has to be done for the same.
