Hi, I Had Regular Periods Till Jan 12. After That

I had regular periods till jan 12. after that for 45 days there was no periods and spotting started and was there for more than 7 days. After that bleeding started to increase and had heavy bleeding for more than 5 days. my doctor suggested me trapic mf 3 times a day for 3 days with regestrone for 10 days and said that it was due to hormonal imbalance. now 2 days after stopping regestrone, i got periods again. im worried if i will get heavy bleeding. kindly advise.
