Hi I Had Rt Big Toe Swelling And Pain ,

Hi I had rt big toe swelling and pain , the rheumathologist told me that was gout, no test done, he refers to 2012 test. He gave me methylprednisone and Colchicine. My endoscopy yesterday shows mild antral gastritis and mild chronic gastritis. Candida was found in my esophagus takingnystatin 100000 ui and fluconazole 100 mg. Do I have gout or fungal infection?
